Called Idaho State Towing at 4 pm on 1/8/17, we were stuck in a snow bank at the edge of our paved but unplowed street. They couldn't get to us that evening, but when I called again the next morning, a truck showed up within 30 minutes and winched us back onto the now-plowed road. The driver was careful, courteous, friendly and efficient even though calls were coming into his cell phone one right after the other. The rate was very reasonable. I would recommend this towing company to anyone!

Beyond impressed with the gentleman who took my pickup to this yard after I had a head on collision. Above and beyond to make sure I was good and that he was here to help in any way possible and I believed him when he said it. Helped me out of a jam quickly and inexpensively. My service vehicle broke down in a customer's driveway in Caldwell. They were there in under an hour, towed me to meridian, and dropped my car off smack in the middle of my garage for under 100 bucks. And I was able to be back on the road later that same afternoon! Being in the trades, having a fast, reliable "tow guy" is a must. They're my go to.

The guy I dealt with was great! He was very understanding and helpful. I had gotten in a car wreck, they drove all the way out there and then the gentleman and i determined that i could probably drive my car out without being towed to save me money. They didn't charge me for coming out once we found out the car was capable of driving away on its own.
